1. About Us Square Safari is an Australian-based business selling original pixel art wildlife designs on apparel and related goods, including a custom pixel art pet portrait service. We are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

2. Ordering By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees in their country.

4. Custom & Personalised Orders Custom pixel art pet portrait orders are subject to the following:

  • A design brief and reference images must be provided at the time of ordering
  • You will be contacted to approve the final design before production
  • Once approved, custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged
  • You confirm that you own or have rights to any images submitted
  • Square Safari retains the right to display completed custom designs as portfolio examples unless you request otherwise

5. Intellectual Property All pixel art designs, images, graphics, and content on squaresafari.com.au are the original work of Square Safari and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Square Safari is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
