They can come in many coat colourations — this one in particular best represents the "Standard Red Morph" or the "Light-Red Morph" variations, which are by far two of the most iconic colours associated with the Red Fox. Heck, "Red" is in their name! At least in their common English name — their scientific name is Vulpes vulpes.
